How to Create Real Estate Flash Photo Gallery Presentation

Step 1. Install and run in Slideshow mode

Download and install the program first. And then double-click the icon on desktop or from the Start menu to launch the program. To customize your own Flash template, you should run in Slideshow mode.

Step 2. Add photos

Browse photos and simply drag & drop your favorite photos to the Storyboard and Click "Add Music" button to add background music. You can also add sounds or your own record. For convenience, when photos are being added, random transition effects would be also applied to your added photos. If required, you can change them in Step 4.

Step 3. Customize template and apply

As a creative user, maybe you would like to customize your own flash templates to match the style of web site or use your own background image.Follow the steps to use Flash Gallery Factory to easily create your own flash templates.

First of all, click the Customize Template button on the left side to open the Customize Template window. Under Appearance tab, you are able to select from different Photo Frame, Thumbnail and Control Bar styles for your template. Click an item from the list and the result will be immediately displayed on the live preview window to the right.

Switch to Text tab to add description which will display throughout your whole flash presentation. You are also allowed to define Font, Size, Color and even Text Effect and Advanced settings to the input text.

If necessary, go to Background tab and Clipart tab to select a background or add clipart to template. After all is done, click Export button to save the customized template to Custom tab under Template main tab. To apply this just saved template, simply click to select it.

Step 4. Change Effect

Effect tab allows you to change the predefined transition effect and set motion effect. You only need to select effect from the list and click the "Apply to selected" button to apply. Besides, click the down arrow marker to the right of "Applied to selected" button to show up another two commands: "Apply to all" and "Randomize to all". The former will apply the selected effect to all photos, while the latter will apply random effect to all photos.

Step 5. Create your flash presentation

Before creating, you could make some publish settings, such as Loop, Flash Quality, Background Color and so on. Afterwards, click Create SWF Movie button to create your real estate flash presentation in SWF format. Once created, you could either send the SWF file directly to others or upload it to a web site first and subsequently spread the URL on internet to share widely.
